 Allgemein durchleben unsere Haare einen dreiphasigen Zyklus. Diese drei Phasen sind:

Während die Wachstumsphase mehrere Jahre andauert und somit auch die Phase ist, in der sich jedes einzelne Haar am längsten im Zyklus aufhält, kommt es dennoch am Ende immer in die Ruhephase – und fällt schließlich aus.

Gewisse Faktoren beeinflussen deine Haargesundheit und -qualität und damit auch, wie lange sie sich in welcher Phase befinden.

Unser Haar besteht zu einem großen Teil aus Protein, genauer gesagt aus Keratin. Eisenmangel ist ein Mangel roter Blutkörperchen, die dafür verantwortlich sind, Sauerstoff im Blut
